That's a bold claim. Recycled feedstock is notoriously hard to 3D print. Inconsistent shrinkage, warping, poor layer adhesion. Most of the industry treats it as "recyclable in theory, not in practice."
We didn't just prove it's possible. We engineered a way to make it commercially sensible too.
Here's the catch with the obvious approach: you could send us your recycled material, we compound it, and ship it back to you printable. That works — but it defeats the purpose. Double freight, double emissions, and a "sustainable" material with a bigger carbon footprint than the plastic it's replacing.
So we built RAM instead.
RAM is our functional additive package, engineered to be blended directly with your locally sourced recycled HDPE or PP. Salt-and-pepper mix on site, no special equipment, no shipping your material anywhere. The result: dimensionally stable, mechanically strong, genuinely printable recycled feedstock — with the sustainability case still intact.
