Carbon Fibre reinforced polycarbonate (PC-CF) is a very high strength-to-weight material, designed for demanding environments. Its high heat deflection temperature gives excellent performance in hot environments. With a high tensile and flexural strength, and excellent creep resistance it performs very well under mechanical stresses. This makes it an excellent choice for metal replacement. It also has a low coefficient of friction, making it ideal for sliding/rotating parts
